Terms and Conditions

Fees must be paid in advance, one hours fee being held as a deposit, with at least five clear working days between the receipt of fee and the date of training.

In the event of a cancellation, for any reason, 48 hours notice must be given or the deposit is forfeit.

Pre-paid courses only will, from time to time, be subject to special discounts.

The training vehicle will be made available to pupils for their driving test subject to receipt of a fee equivalent to two driving lesson. We reserve the right to withhold this facility if, in our opinion, the pupil does not meet the required test standard.

Every effort will be made to ensure that the pupil is the only client in the car during the lesson. Pick up will be at the agreed location, on time plus or minus 15 minutes (depending on local traffic and weather conditions).

We cannot be held responsible for mechanical or electrical failure, illness or DSA test cancellations.

All driving lessons will be a full hour in length.

Pupil Well-being :

In the interest of comfort and safety pupils are advised to wear suitable footwear and comfortable clothing which does not restrict any movement, please ask the instructor for any advice you may require.

Pupils should be aware that the instructors primary objective is to promote road safety and in doing so the instructor will have to issue instructions which pupils must be prepared to carry out without undue argument.

Postponement or cancellation of lessons by the pupil:

At least 2 days notice of postponement or cancellation of a lesson or part of a lesson required. Late cancellations will be charged for as per a normal lesson.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your training you should notify the instructor without delay and no later than 7 days from the date on which the source of the complaint took place. Every effort will be made by the instructor to satisfactorily deal with the complaint.

The instructor will make every effort to train you to the highest standards, but can in no way be held liable for any errors you commit whilst driving and unaccompanied by your instructor either before or after a test pass.
